I had to storage my furniture since I went back to home during pandemic. My friend moved my stuff. She was please with the service. Price are reasonable and service is incomparable with other storages. I feel comfortable to leave my belongings here. I pay online each month. I plan to post another comment when I get my things back. However, so far experience is very good.

I had a great experience with this very new, well maintained and managed facility. The manager, Lynette was very helpful and professional in assisting me with securing my storage units. I look forward to a positive experience for a much needed service.

Been driving past this place for a while, so we decided to look them up when it came time to move. Website is beautiful, very polished! Only one person on staff due to covid but he was incredibly nice, professional, and had us signed up and ready to move in a snap. Facilities are clean, climate controlled, and closely monitored, so we feel safe storing our things. Great price, great value, absolutely recommend!

Finally went through and got a storage unit for my wife and I. The customer service given by Jonathan was great and thoroughly explained verbally and visually. He was willing to show us all of the features of the storage place and very efficient.

I really appreciate the way Lanette takes pride in the property. She made our move-in very easy and was careful to make sure the social distancing was utilized. She made accommodations for us to be able to sort through our items since our movers had to pack our truck in a certain order. We needed to sort items needed now from items needed when our house is ready for move-in. We really appreciate this after a very long drive from Texas.

I’ve been looking for a storage unit for about a month now. Most places I’ve been to or dingy and dirty and the help was about the same. Then I found packinghouse. The storage units are nicer than some of the bedrooms in my home.Lynette was a super sweet person who help me out showing me the unit answering all my questions and really just an overall great person. A couple of the guys working around the property I think it was John and Robert were absolutely helpful as the place was so big I got lost. The unit is a nice size for a great price. The elevator is big enough to fit a Mack truck into. LOL. Not really but this place is the best storage facility I’ve ever come across.

Awesome. The prices are cheap compared to where I used to. They have promotional prices and it’s free for the first month to those who have AAA membership or 50% off for the first three months or if you get lucky, both. The customer service is great. Their office is spacious and they also offer free coffee! Awesome! (although I didn’t have one lol; just saw it) The place is climate controlled and units are clean. The only problem is that the elevator sometimes don’t work. One time I got stuck on it coz it won’t move down and it kept having this weird noise. I thought it’s the cart but even after removing it, still, it won’t go down. So I went on the other elevator instead and have to move my car. It would have been 5 stars if I hadn’t encountered this problem before. Also, I don’t know if it’s true or not, but they are closed on Sundays according to the customer service representative that I talked to. It’s because I came here on Sunday morning and I found no carts on the floors that I have access to. It says on the website that they open at 11am-4pm, it also says on their business doors outside. I came here early during access hours so I called and asked so I can decide whether to stay and wait for them to open so I can borrow a cart, or just move my stuff by myself. So it’s weird when I called and the customer service representative told me they are close on Sundays and google does not update their system. Or perhaps even the information that they put on their doors? Anyways, don’t expect to find a cart if you move on Sundays during access hours. Update: 5 stars. Because there are carts now during the weekend. And also, this is probably just the storage unit that have music! It’s chill. Not creepy at all. This is so far the best storage unit I have ever had that is why even if I live far in Carson, I wouldn’t let this go. Lol.

Just rented a unit at this facility and my experience was fantastic. I had to go inside the lobby 2 separate times and was assisted by a different gentlemen each time both whom were very polite, helpful and professional. Also, I noticed the temperature of the storage units is set at 71 degrees.

Jon is GREAT. I just got my unit today and he is very welcoming and super helpful. I thought getting a unit was going to be difficult in general, but Jon and Lynette’s help made the process easier!

My boyfriend and I came to the packing house yesterday to talk about the options to store items in a climatic controlled unit.  We were greeting by a super friendly lady (I’m sorry her name slipped my mind) and she promptly showed us some unit options.  She was patient and very informative and she helped answer all our questions and concerns.  After talking and seeing the unit options we instantly signed up.  The units are so clean and nice and they provide moving carts to use for those who rent the units to help move items to their unit.  I highly recommend giving the Packing House Self Storage a look for any storage needs you have!

This location is phenomenal! It’s new construction, and the facility is very safe - tons of camera’s and a gated community. Also temperature controlled, which does leave me feel a little better about things that I stored that were more temperature sensitive. Rates are also very reasonable.All the staff are really nice and helpful. Chasen was really helpful and made my initial move in and sign up both easy and painless. Barbara is always very sweet and helpful in making sure there are Dolly’s available and other silly questions I have. Jonathan was very helpful and let me review the cameras and roughly 1.5 hours of footage to help me locate a box I could just not find.Would book again. If you’r on the fence, I recommend you at least come and check out the facility. It really is top notch.

Make sure your check out Packing House, their facility is setup differently and includes temperature controlled units as well. Their security is really tight and the folks behind the desk were extremely helpful, I was able to get an incredible deal for my company. This place is truly needed in riverside. It’s awesome! All of the spaces are climate controlled. If you collect vinyl records, but your collection is to much for your place, this is a safe, great place to store them. You can also store other things that may be heat or cold sensitive. I was also able to get some moving boxes and supplies too. I met with Sarah and she answered all of my questions. She was kind, courteous and had 10/10 customer service.

This is a brand new facility. It’s beautiful and I feel my storage unit is very secure. Every unit has air conditioning, which is great. Big thumbs up!

Jon and Lynette (property manager) were so helpful in getting my unit set up for me. I had to make a switch to a larger unit and there was no issue in doing so. The units are very clean and secure. I highly recommend this facility over other storage places.
